Our Wedding Process
Its simple really, Choose a base package that suits your wedding and add on the required enhancements you want.
How does the planning work?
9-18months out from your wedding you book us and pay a 30% payment to secure your date. The remaining 70% is due in full 14 days before your wedding day.
3-9 months out from your wedding we have a 1on1 in person meeting to through the finer details and get you setup on on Vibo. This includes Timeline, addition of any forgotten extras, venue layout, specific requests, ETC.
14 days out from your wedding date Vibo locks down and prevents you from making any more changes to it. This is also when your final invoice is due to be 100% paid in full.
On The Day
All our wedding packages give you exclusive access to us for your wedding day. This means we don't book any other events in for that day, unlike other evening function types where we might DJ for a corporate event in the morning, then a deck party for lunch before a 21st birthday that night.
Typically, we will setup between 10am and 2pm. We setup equipment in all areas that we need to for your package and complete sound and lighting checks. We like to have everything all setup a minimum of 1 hour prior to guests arriving at the venue. We pack up that night at the end of the event.
During your wedding - What's Included
All our packages come with 2x wireless hand held microphones for the reception, however, depending on venue layout, we may need to add additional speakers. All canape and ceremony setups have 1x wireless handheld microphone.
Reception packages also include a Digital Mixer. This allows us to wirelessly control microphones during speeches, giving us the ability to adjust volume and EQ on the go from anywhere in the room as different people get up to make speeches. We want everyone to hear your speeches loud and clear, without any annoying high pitch feedback and any "quiet" zones.
All of our equipment is setup with a high attention to detail. This includes our cable management and equipment cleanliness. This is backed by quarterly servicing and test tagging of all our equipment. You can be rest assured that our equipment wont fail during your special day. We setup all locations (where possible) before guests arrive. This means, we don't have any double use of equipment in different areas, meaning, there is no downtime for music being played.
We always come dressed according to the dress code set for your guests unless you inform us otherwise. We have a zero drug and alcohol policy for ourselves

Vibo - What is it?
Vibo is a premier event planning software that seamlessly communicates your event details to us, the DJ, all in one user friendly dashboard. Accessible via the free Vibo app available on all mobile devices and web browser for PC's. We pay a premium every year for our clients to have access to this incredible app.
Vibo Allows us to allocate a dedicated template to your event, invite you and your partner as a Host for customisation by you guys of the days/evening activities. Vibo allows you to enter song choices, times, locations, and many more other important details that we need to know as your wedding DJ.
Seems daunting hey? Its actually really simple, and often helps our couples with more than just the DJ aspect of their wedding planning. But don't worry, we will set you up on Vibo and go through how it works in person during a one-on-one meeting 3-9months before your wedding date
